I have severe digestive issues so Kachava has been great for me. It is very hard for to digest solid foods...even healthy foods. Honestly I drink Kachava in the morning at 7 am and I don't feel hungry til 3pm. Again I can't eat three meals a day my body can't digest that solid food. Totally love the Coconut Acai...even more the Chocolate...which surprised me because I never eat Coconut.

If you want to make it more difficult to get your heart rate higher you could try wearing a weighted vest or maybe a backpack with 10-20 lb dumbbell

Step count is not as important as what you do with those steps, quality is better than quantity! Getting your heart rate up as way more important than doing 10k steps.

I got the Sperax pad with a 9 degree incline. It's great so far the incline makes a big difference for me. Unfortunately it doesn't come with a handrail that would have been nice.

I just bought this and it is not turning on? Plugged it in and the red power light is on, but not the digital screen and won't work with the remote or manual settings. Anyone else experience this? It did not come with a manual and I cannot find one online!

I play both tennis and pickleball. About the same... I get it, tennis courts are bigger so chasing the ball is more of a pain. But to be honest, pickleball you get more action with fire fights.

The small opening alone is a deal breaker. Trying to pour water into that tiny opening while hiking would suck. I cold soak a lot, and I am not even tempted by this.

Im currently waiting until they ship mine in September.

I recently purchased two A-Game Hydros, one white and one royal blue. Took the white one on a 5 day trip to NYC, first day it got really sweaty and showed some yellowish stains. Gave it a good wash and was looking new in no time. The next few days sweat will show on the hat, but it dried fast and left no stains.

Didn't know the technique and REALLY struggled. Have now ordered the Epic 5/4 back zip suit. Can't wait, as it should be so much more flexible than my old suit.

Trust and believe the shoe you looking for are the arahi 6. The new arahi 7 is far less Cushioning then that arahi 6 but the not too soft like the Clifton 9. Not sure why they changed it. But the 6 vs the 7 are very different… the arahi 6 are the perfect model that’s right in between the Clifton 9 and arahi 7

This stepper actually helped me tremendously. While I was exercising on it, at the time I was doing arm/shoulder exercises with weights. This combination made me sweat. I did not use tension cords. With time I started to notice a big difference in my appearance. It worked for me. 💖
